4. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: 当我们向你发送确认邮件及下载链接时，即视为我们接受你的订单；此时你与我们之间的合同成立。
  • Payment: 支付通过我们的第三方登记商户（如 Creem 或 Stripe）安全处理。我们不会存储你的支付卡信息。
  • Prices: All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the checkout page and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable, based on your location.

5. 交付 of Digital Content

  • 支付成功后，你将收到一封含下载链接的自动邮件。
  • 请在结账时确保邮箱地址填写正确。 若你提供的邮箱地址无效，我们不对未送达承担责任。
  • If you experience technical issues downloading the file, please contact us at hello@yerrenmusic.com within 14 days of purchase.

6. Refund Policy (Right to Cancel)

Important Notice for Digital Downloads:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK Law), you normally have a right to cancel a contract within 14 days. However, this right changes for digital content.

  • By clicking “Download” or “Buy Now,” you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content.
  • You acknowledge that once the download has started, you lose your right to cancel or request a refund.
