Digital Music Downloads
All sales of digital products are final. Unlike physical goods, digital music files (MP3, WAV, FLAC) cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the download process has started.
By purchasing a digital product from our site, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), as the content is supplied immediately.
Exceptions (We are fair)
We will issue a refund or provide a replacement ONLY if:
- The file is corrupted or technically defective, and we are unable to provide you with a working copy.
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
- The product does not match the description provided.
